How the naming tradition works

• Leader — when a cat becomes Clan leader, the suffix is replaced with -star, so the warrior Fireheart becomes Firestar.

The prefix is sampled from a bundled pool of generic nature words — colours, animals, plants, weather, and textures — and the warrior suffix is sampled from its own pool. Names inside a single batch are de-duplicated, so you never see the same name twice in one roll, and a new batch reshuffles for a fresh set.
